Payment schedules are agreed on a per-project basis. Milestone payments may be required before work commences or continues at each stage.
Furniture, finishes, and fittings may be sourced from third-party vendors. H3 Studio facilitates procurement but warranties on such goods are provided by the respective manufacturers.
H3 Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by third parties, site conditions, or force majeure events.
